Introduction

The manager's request is very strict. According to 5S management ways, our well-trained injection machine operators ensure all parts coming from the injection machines are stacked up properly in boxes to avoid scratching. After each injection, the injection machine and the tooling are cleaned and waxed before putting back to the tooling room. Injection machines are cleaned inside-out to ensure colors of the next production batches are not stained. Every staff obey our company's discipline spontaneously.
